Our AMBROSIA Capers are small berries grown in Spain, Morocco and Turkey, preserved in a vinegar brine. They are produced by the caper bush, which are found in mountain areas where the capers are hand picked. Capers add a touch of culinary artistry as well as a unique flavor.
